Cancellation Policy
Sewing Party Booking Policy Reservations: To book a Sewing Party, please complete the booking form and provide a deposit. All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Payments can be made online via credit card or through other agreed-upon methods. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Sewing Party, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of the balance (minus the deposit). Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Group Size: Our Sewing Parties are designed for groups up to 10 participants. If your group exceeds this number, please contact us to discuss arrangements. Materials & Supplies: All necessary materials and supplies (fabric, sewing machines, tools) are provided. If you have any special requests (such as specific fabric or themes), please inform us at least 7 days prior to your event. Late Arrivals: We ask that all guests arrive on time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Late arrivals may result in a reduced party time. Health & Safety: All participants must follow safety guidelines, including proper machine use and care. Our instructors will provide a brief safety overview at the start of the event. Food & Drink: If you'd like to bring food or drinks, please let us know in advance. We can accommodate small snacks, refreshments, and cakes; however, we ask that alcohol be consumed responsibly. Changes to Booking: Any changes to your event (e.g., date, number of participants) must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by this policy.
